Ingredients: 1 ½ C whole wheat flour 2 t baking powder ½ t baking soda ½ t sea salt 1 ½ C brown sugar 2/3 C butter or coconut oil 4 T water 24 oz. semisweet chocolate chip 2 t. vanilla 4 egg 1 C pecans

Procedure: 1. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 2. In saucepan, mix butter, sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and remove immediately after. 3. Transfer to a medium bowl and cool completely. 4. Preheat over to 375F. Prepare two 9” pans. 5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each one. Gradually stir in flour mixture until smooth. 6. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts into batter. Pour into pans. 7. Bake for 25-35 min., until a stick inserted in center comes out clean. Set on wire rack to cool. |
*Nota: Si los
hace en molde de silicón, no necesita usar mantequilla y los
puede hornear a 375F en vez de 400F.
